1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.
  • Items must be received by us within this period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

1.2 Condition Requirements

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Packaging must be intact (e.g., original boxes, protective wraps).
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

1.3 Exceptions

  • Final sale items (marked as “non-returnable”) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.

2.2 Step 2: Prepare Your Return

  • Package the items securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

2.3 Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend insuring your package).
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to:
    • A defective product
    • An incorrect item shipped by us
    • A shipping error on our part

  • Refunds will be processed only if items meet our eligibility criteria.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

    • Store credits: Instantly applied to your account
    • PayPal: 3–5 business days for processing

3.3 Partial Refunds

  • If an item is returned in a damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
